Cyndia Ortiz

Cyndia brings over 20 years of experience in corporate and real estate management accounting. Cyndia serves as Blanco’s Project Comptroller. Her extraordinary work ethic combined with extensive education have positioned Cyndia as head of the Project’s Accounting Team. She provides strategic financial analysis and budget oversight for all the properties in the portfolio. She is well apprised of the local, state and federal tax laws and business regulations that affect our industry. Cyndia holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus and is a Certified Public Accountant.

When Cyndia is not at the office she likes to listen to music, play the flute and explore the food culture.
