Giovanna Carmine

Giovanna Carmine joined Blanco Enterprises team in 2019. She specializes in residential and commercial remodeling and new construction,  As Director of Maintenance, Giovanna focuses on improving efficiency, quality of work, and costs. Giovanna also works with the on-site maintenance staff to evaluate skills, create a standard of work, and increase training. She oversees the maintenance staff of all properties. In her role she manages a variety of maintenance and construction projects including serving as project manager for capital improvements contracts, apartment turnovers, major building renovations, and remodeling. Giovanna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.

When Giovanna is not at the office she enjoys the beach landscapes and working out.
