Rafael Alvarado Varela

Knowledgeable in in local and international HR- related laws, Rafael serves as Blanco’s Human Resources Administrator. With over 15 years of experience in the HR industry, he is responsible for managing Blanco’s employee life cycle, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and administering employees benefits. A proud puertorrican, family man, educator and seasoned professional, he is assertive and serves as a mentor to our team. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Juris Doctor from the Inter American University School of Law, Rafael is responsible for the single best asset within our organization, our employees.

When Rafael is not at the office he enjoys spending time with his family and learning everything about sports cars while listening to music from the 80’s.
